Safe working & Covid 19 response
During this year I will continue to maintain the safest of working practices, following trade guidelines for best practice, and making adjustments where necessary, to keep us all safe. I will carry out works using safe distancing, having a window open for good air flow, and will use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as face coverings and gloves where necessary. I am happy to take lateral flow tests prior to attendance where requested.
I request that surfaces of appliances to be worked on, and the surrounding working area, are cleaned prior to my visit. Particularly in the case of sanitary-ware such as basins, baths, showers and WCs. Many thanks.
I will continue to offer a remote diagnostic service, in the event of a plumbing issue arising whilst someone is isolating, shielding, or during any lockdown period. So please do get in touch if you need, via email or telephone - 07821757910. I will, as far as is reasonably practicable, identify the urgency of the issue, and make arrangements for remedial work either during or post isolation. In some cases guidance cay be provided to carry out your own repairs, this will be changed at £35/issue.

Payment Terms & Deposits
Payment should be made upon receipt of invoices. Payments later than 30 days will be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Deposits are requested a week in advance of work commencement for all works estimated at two or more days of duration, and/or where materials costs are expected to be above £400.
Single plumber: £50/first hour, £35/hr thereafter, £220/day
Team of two: £60/hr, £400/day
Out of hours emergencies are charged at double time.
All labour is under warranty for 12 months, fittings and appliances carry manufacturers’ warranties.
