Home Appraisal for Domestic Clients
Includes: a site visit and consultation conversation to discuss your ideas for the property, with suggestions and guidance re heating, hot water, insulation.

Home Survey for Domestic Clients
Includes: a pre-meeting reading of plans; a site visit and meeting to discuss/advise-on ideas and developing a strategy for the home heating, to suit budget and timescale of plans; an initial plan of a home-heating/hot water strategy to include an initial heat loss survey, a report on findings any point of concern/interest, and discussed guidance where appropriate; post-visit report via email, covering a summary of my findings, a medium to long-term improvement plan, and notes on our discussed guidance where appropriate.
A follow-up online meeting to review strategy, followed by an up-dated document for the client to keep and build upon.

Independent Project Consultation
For an ongoing project I offer independent coaching, advice and guidance at an hourly rate. Email me for further information.
Trade Consultation
For Architects and Project Managers working on Light Commercial or Residential projects in Cornwall
from £180
In-person consultations are offered within a 50 mile radius of Falmouth, Cornwall, futher by agreement may be subject to an additional fuel fee.
All consultancy fees are due in advance of our first meeting.
Plumbing & Heating Installation
First hour of visit £120, thereafter please see the rates below,
Single plumber: £45/hour, £30/half hour
£280 day-rate for longer jobs
Team of two: £80/hour, £50/half hour
£500 day-rate for longer jobs
Out of hours emergencies are charged at double time.
Minimum charge one hour.
All payments for plumbing and heating work should be made upon receipt of invoice, and receieved within 7 days.
