For Domestic Clients includes: a pre-meeting reading of plans, site visit and consultation conversation

Home Survey
For Domestic Clients includes: a pre-meeting reading of plans; a site visit and meeting to discuss/advise-on ideas and developing a strategy for the home heating, to suit budget and timescale of plans; an initial plan of a home-heating/hot water strategy to include an initial heat loss survey, a report on findings any point of concern/interest, and discussed guidance where appropriate; post-visit report via email, covering a summary of my findings, a medium to long-term improvement plan, and notes on our discussed guidance where appropriate.
A follow-up in person [online??] meeting to review strategy, followed by an up-dated document for the client to keep and build upon.

Trade Consultation
For Architects and Project Managers working on Light Commercial or Residential projects in Cornwall
from £180
In-person consultations are offered within a 50 mile radius of Falmouth, Cornwall, futher by agreement may be subject to an additional fuel fee.
Plumbing & Heating
from 1st Oct 2025
Single plumber: £80/first hour, £40/hour thereafter, £30/half hour, £250/day
Team of two: £120/first hour, £80/hour thereafter, £50/half hour, £500/day
Out of hours emergencies are charged at double time.
Minimum charge one hour.
Payment Terms
Payment should be made upon receipt of invoice, and within 7 days.
